This washed Honduran coffee comes from producer Anastacio Benitez in the town of San Sebastián, Lempira. Grown between 1300–1500 MASL, this lot of Parainema and Catuai varieties offers a beautifully balanced profile — chocolatey sweetness, a hint of caramel, and just enough acidity to keep things lively.

Grown in the serene mountains of San Sebastián, Lempira, El Izote is produced by Anastacio Benitez using Parainema and Catuai varieties. At 1300–1500 MASL, this coffee develops a comforting profile that reflects the region’s gentle climate and traditional farming practices.

Fully washed and carefully dried, El Izote brings out a silky chocolate base, layers of caramel sweetness, and a touch of citrus brightness. We roast it to a sweet, balanced medium that makes it equally suited for filter brewing or espresso.
