Naturally decaffeinated using pure water, this coffee retains its full flavour and character. Expect layers of cocoa, brown sugar, and gentle spice, with a rounded body and lingering sweetness. We roast it light–medium to preserve clarity and comfort in every sip.

Brew it as a pour-over or drip for its clean sweetness, or dial it in as an espresso around 1:2 ratio at 93 °C for a soft, chocolate-forward shot. In milk, it turns creamy and dessert-like — best enjoyed as a late-night cappuccino or calm morning flat white.
